3. Account security
Provide accurate registration information and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for losses from poor credential management.
Report unauthorized use or security issues promptly and cooperate with verification and remediation.
4. User conduct
You agree to comply with applicable laws and not use the services for unlawful activity.
- Do not publish illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Do not disrupt platform operations through technical means.
- Do not access others' data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
- Do not circumvent risk controls, billing, or permissions.
5. Fees and payment
Paid services must be paid on time per agreed pricing. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Late payment may result in suspension, restriction, termination, and pursuit of remedies.
6. Intellectual property
Platform IP belongs to LuckBeese or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse content without permission.
You retain rights to your content but grant LuckBeese a license needed to provide the services.
7. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
LuckBeese is not liable for third-party issues, network failures, maintenance, force majeure, or your own actions, except where required by law, capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes and termination
We may update services or these Terms for operations, compliance, or security, with notice for material changes.
Violations may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination. Obligations incurred before termination remain your responsibility.
9. Disputes and other
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then courts of competent jurisdiction.
